Comment: I have purchased my bottle of nail color from Sephora, since it was a) from Sephora, and b) by OPI. I have to say that I am disappointed. For this price, I have expected better results on the application and time before peeling. In fact, I had better results with Revlon and Sally Hansen nail polish.

Comment: I had never used Sephora's OPI nail polish and thought it would be nice but nothing spectaular. I had recently fallen in love with the new wide brush offered from another drug-store brand nail polish and thought that what I really wanted out of Sephora's OPI was just the color. Boy, was I wrong.
Sephora's OPI was, indeed, a beautiful color and compliments my skin well. However, it also goes on much more smooth, no bubbles or streaks, and creates a remarkably even surface. The brush was easy to wield (unlike the current vogue for short, squat, square polish jars) and while not the speciality wide brush I thought was the bee's knees, it provided a sweeping coverage that I couldn't complain about. For a polish, this was an easy, polished process. Now I wish all my other polishes were like this.

Summary: Too expensive for too little success 2009-09-27
Comment: I believe you should get what you pay for. Unfortunately, this product does not deliver. It did not provide the coverage I needed and it did not last. I had a professional manicure done with this product and it chipped in 2 days. I will not buy this product again.

Summary: "High Maintenance" and "Special Requests" Lovely warm colors for summer 2009-07-30
Comment: I have two of these. The "tangerine coral" called "Special Request", which is a gorgeous warm, bright color for summer. I also have "High Maintenance", a totally girly red that is almost a true red, but skews a bit warm from true-red center. In either case, both colors will flatter a tan for sure. Both of these are cremes (not glittery), which means though they are bright and nicely pigmented, they are also subtler than shimmers or glimmers, making them more elegant.
OPI makes quality polishes that shine and have solid durability (if one is not careless, of course).

Summary: Great new colours 2009-07-05
Comment: At my local Sephora I picked up a few of these, including my favorite (and the very popular) Metro Chic. The color wears for a long time, chipping is not significant, and the quality of the product is overall very good. I took away one star only because of the price - 9$ is way too much for a bottle of nail polish, in my opinion.
