This is a perfect turquoise color that anyone should have for summer. Crackles nicely, for wider crackles, apply thicker layer. It is beautiful on top of white, pearl white, hot pink, blue, purple, black, you name it. Quick tip, if you tire of crackles yet still love the color, apply this polish on clean nails (without any other polishes or base coats underneath), and apply top coat. It will not crack and you will have a different style!

The color is a lovely shimmering turquoise, really more of a metallic teal. For some reason, it doesn't shatter as well as the black. My beauty consultant agrees. Perhaps once it has been opened awhile and thickens, it will shatter better, as supposedly thicker shatter polishes crackle better. The color is fabulously eye catching and goes with a lot, especially in the spring and summer months of fashion; I just wish it would shatter better. Perhaps metallics don't do as well as mattes.

Being a Nail Tech I only use OPI polish. I don't do nails any longer since there is no money in it. But I polish my own nails and toes and will only use this. This color is great over a pale color. I love Shatter polish and I seem to be collecting them a lot lately.
