This color "ruby slipper" is long wearing. I guess I should have figured out by the name of the polish that it had glitter in it. It looks a bit cheap in the bottle, but when you put it on it is very pretty. Not gaudy at all...but! When you remove this polish with Nail polish remover the nail polish does come off....but the glitter does not! It seems to imbed itself into your nail bed and stays there....My suggestion is if you are to use this particular polish- use a base coat of clear before you put the actual color on- that will ensure that the glitter will not getstuck in your nailbeds!
