I love to have fun with color on my toenails & wear everything from deep sparkly plum to bright coral. But on my fingernails, I like to keep them neutral because I work in a fairly conservative office. Not only that, but I don't have the best fingernails in the world, and wild colors tend to look strange on my small, short nails. I have very thin hands, my nails peel if I don't keep them trimmed weekly & my nails don't grow long, so something quiet like this is wonderful. It is very similar to "Sarah Smile", also from Lippmann. It is a very light pink w/ a hint of milkiness to it. The color on my computer screen is a little more cool & lavender than the color really is- trust me, there's no hint of lavender to it. No shimmer, no glitter, and it makes my hands look very neat and professional. After taking off my old polish & washing my hands to make sure my nails are clean and dry, I then push back my cuticles with a stainless steel cuticle pusher.
