This is a v pale lavender w/ just a hint of shimmer. It was a summer 2010 color but looks great in winter with paler hands. Looks elegant & Essie is a great polish, long wearing, few harsh chemicals. Recommend.

I really love this color. I first saw it at a salon when I was getting a manicure and liked it because it was soft a light without being nude or pink. But it's so much more! It has this amazing pink/purple/gray combo going on. All day I kept looking at my nails noticing how they looked in different light. It's a cool color that's still muted enough to be a neutral. love.

It does give off various subtle hues of pink and lavender up close with good lighting even if it isn't quite as iridescent as I had hoped. However, it has unexpectantly turned into one of my top three favorite shades because it is SO elegant and versatile that it will go with almost anything you wear. It has the classiness of a French manicure and looks great with my complexion, which is a medium tan (think caramel) but looks just as nice on my blond mother-in-law who has a pinkish pale complexion.

My husband and mother-in-law both compliment me when I wear it. You know it is NICE if you get compliments from them!

PROS: subtle iridescence, very elegant, discreet, versatile, good on any skin tone, enhances your hands and makes your jewelry stand out rather than the nails.

CONS: you need to wear two coats or one thick coat of it for it to be relatively...Read more
