Actual color is exactly as pictured. It's a nice pale blue. Essie pastels are truly opaque, so two coats give you perfect coverage and full color.

This polish is extremely thick and hard to apply smoothly or accurately. It took forever to dry and then started chipping off immediately -- after 2 days it was mostly gone. I don't know about other colors of this brand, but this one is not good at all.

I cannot tell everyone how many wonderful compliments I received while wearing this color. I wore it on my nails and strangers would stop me to ask what color nailpolish I was wearing! Definitely one of my favorites.
