I love this color. It is not a purple-tinged color like the bottle suggests. I've noticed a lot of shellac colors don't match their bottles. This color is a medium-red. The best way I can describe it is Christmas red. There is no glitter-sparkle type look like I've heard some of the shellac colors have.

I am very happy with the gel nail color system. It really does last a long time. When it starts to come off (after about two weeks), it lifts up and breaks off in a chunk. It needs to be removed by soaking for 10 minutes in acetone, which makes my cuticles itch and really dries my skin. But I put on cuticle oil right away and moisturize with a heavy cream, and my nails are good as new after about a half hour. They don't feel weak and brittle. On the other hand, I've never been able to keep my nails very long before shellac. They would easily break. Now the nail gel protects them and for the first time ever I have great nails.

This works great like all the other CND products! The color is not like the bottle, I thought the color would be more deep. I had to add more coats to get it dark enough for me. A little too bright even after 3 coats.

This was my first shellac nail polish color. It is very pretty and the shellace holds like it says it will - at least a 7-10 days. I am very hard on my hands, gardening, landscaping, cleaning, etc and it still holds up very well. The Decadence color is more red than the picture shows but I still love it.
